Reservations: The best way to make a reservation is through our online reservation system found here on our website. When an online reservation is made the pick up is automatically scheduled on our calender and you will receive automatic email confirmations and receipts. All reservation requests made by email, voicemail or text message cannot be considered confirmed until you receive an email confirmation.    Rates: We strive to provide the best professional service at the best rate possible. Our rates are governed by the Minnesota Department of Transportation which states we must charge more then a taxi for the same trip. All rates are based on mileage from pick up and drop off location. Any additional stops are at an additional cost based on mileage. We do not charge an airport fee, a meet and greet fee, a fuel surcharge, an early morning or late night fee. As of January 2019 we will add an additional $5 to airport pick ups due to the MSP airports increased parking fees. Any "No Shows" or cancels within 2 hours of scheduled pick up time will be charged the full rate of the trip.    MSP Airport Pick Ups: The Minneapolis Airport Commission requires all commercial vehicles to park when picking up customers at the airport. Since we are required to park and still wanting to provide the best customer service possible, we have found it is best to greet the customer inside the airport, help with any luggage and walk the customer to the vehicle. The driver will be in the baggage claim area holding a sign with the customers name on it.
